The AWANA program at North Run Baptist Church will commence for the 2018-2019 church year for children ages 2 through 6th grades on Sunday, September 9, 2018, at 4:00 PM.

We meet each Sunday afternoon (4:00 pm to 5:45pm) during the school year, where children are welcomed with play time, songs and simple crafts and activities. Leaders present age-appropriate
lessons using large, colorful teaching cards, finger puppet
plays and more. Lessons teach and reinforce four basic biblical
precepts:
• God Made Everything
• God Saw That It Was Good
• God is Love
• Give Thanks

Please contact Carrie Arnall at 804-928-1871.

SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES 2018-2019

The Sunday School is the educational body of the church where qualified people lead the class members in instructional time of divine truth. Sunday School is an important evangelical tool for the church to grow disciples of Christ in direct support of the Great Commission as found in Matthew 28: 18-20.

North Run Baptist Church has Sunday School classes for all ages. Almost all of the classes use literature “from LifeWay Christian Resources, which is the Southern Baptist publishing company and the home of the Southern Baptist Sunday School Board.” Class offerings are highlighted below.
